Ron Hanson
Lead minister
Most guys get a sports car for their mid-life crisis; Ron got a call to ministry. After a tour of duty in the U.S. Army and many years in bank processing, he and his family moved to Rochester, Minnesota, to attend Minnesota Bible College. He ministered in Clarksville, Iowa, and Parkersburg, Indiana, before being called to serve with and alongside the congregation at New Brighton Christian Church in August of 2000.
Ron has been married to the love of his life, Judy, since May of 1985. They have three children: Bradley, John, and Rebekah; one granddaughter, Emilie, and one grandson, Henry Ronald.
Kacey Anderson
Office administrator/minister of first impressions
Say hello to Kacey. She is currently a full-time student at St Cloud State University and will receive her License in Addiction Counseling in 2023. She has been with her partner, Jacob Rosendahl, for eight years. Together they have five children, Alex (26), Cameron (23), Jordan (19), Lauren (17), Ben (11), and
two French Bulldogs, Barb and Teddy. In addition to work and school, she is on the Board of Directors for The Huntington’s Disease Society of America and Chair of the HDSA Twin Cities Team Hope Walk. She believes in a world that continuously inspires our minds and empowers us every day. She is passionate about faith, family, and living the life that you love!
John hanson
Worship Ministry
John is passionate about his relationship with Jesus, and brings that passion to our worship services. He makes sure that everyone in our congregation is able to worship by approaching both current music and timeless hymns with a uniquely creative viewpoint, driven by over 18 years of playing shows and festivals with his wide range of bands. He is married to his sweetheart, Suzy.
